Every Cooking Party features a full course meal and complimentary beer or wine. Saturday classes start with a visit to the local farmers market for fresh ingredients.
All classes are held at Odd Fellows Hall, 223 SW 2nd Street, Corvallis, with the exception of Playing with Fire!

– Set sail for distant shores! From oyster and pancetta tortellini of Sicili to seared ahi tuna of Tokyo, we sample the rich bounty of the sea.

– Mom likely told you never to play with fire, but where is the fun in that? Come learn all the fun things you can cook in a woodfired oven. Slab cut meats, salt roasted veggies, and flatbreads are just a few things we will cover.
